Reception was very helpful. They wrote me in advance, let me in before check in time, arranged airport transfer at fair price. Room was cleaned really well. Tea, coffee, slippers, Aqua Di Parma cosmetics - all was great. Location is superb. For those who plan to come, find Dior boutique- hotel is exactly on the opposite side of the street. I had a room with terrace over Monte Napoleone. Breakfast is not available at the property, but there is Illy cafe just few doors further. Restaurant downstairs is great too.

They upgraded our room when they know about our hustle parking our cars and drop off our luggage. They provide a 20% discount for the parking area and will help you for Milan entrance ticket. They keep contacting you before reaching the hotel to ensure you have all information you need

Location is absolutely great if you want to be in the center, right in the middle of the high end shopping street and pedestrian areas, short walking distance to site seeing, many restaurants The room had all you need, was modern and clean Discounted price was a good deal Great and friendly up front communication with the hotel including giving tips on where to park
